Kindred Play Collective Policies & Guidelines

To keep our space safe, clean, and enjoyable for everyone, all guests must follow these simple but important rules:

Shoes & Socks

• Our facility is a no-shoe zone for children and adults.

• Socks are optional and available for purchase upon request.

• We recognize that some guests may have medical, developmental, or mobility needs that require footwear. In these cases, accommodations will gladly be made to ensure accessibility and comfort while maintaining safety standards.

Registration & Waivers

• Every guest (children and adults) must be signed in and have a completed waiver before entering the play area.

• Party hosts are responsible for ensuring their guests complete this step prior to or upon arrival.

Snacks & Drinks

• Outside food and drinks are welcome.

• Snack bar items (water, juice, and packaged snacks) are available for purchase. Please do not remove items without paying.

• For allergy safety, no nut products are permitted.

Capacity & Safety

• Guest capacity depends on the package you choose and is outlined in your party contract.

• Additional guests may be added (at $12 per child and $5 per adult), up to a maximum of 50 total guests.

• Exceeding capacity may result in guests being asked to wait outside or, if necessary, the event ending early without refund.

• Guests may only enter through the front entrance. Rear doors are reserved for staff, deliveries, and emergency exits only.

Party Times & Setup

• A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to hold your date. With at least 14 days’ notice, this retainer may be transferred one time to a new date (subject to availability).

• The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to your event.

• Party rentals include setup and cleanup within your reserved rental time. You may bring your own food and décor.

• Hosts are provided 20 minutes of setup time before the event start.

• Early arrival outside of the 20-minute setup period is not permitted. Staff may still be preparing the space, and doors will remain locked until your start time.

• Please exit promptly at the end of your reserved time so we can prepare for the next family. Additional time will be billed at $45 per 30 minutes for early arrival or late departure.

Respect the Space

• Children must be supervised by their parent or guardian at all times.

• Help us keep Kindred cozy and safe by treating toys, furniture, and equipment with care.

• No climbing on furniture, counters, or décor.

Outside Vendors

• Outside entertainers and vendors can be booked through us. Any entertainer not booked through Kindred is subject to a $75 fee.
