Option 1 — Instructor-Led (Space Rental)
Host your own class, workshop, or playgroup at Kindred.
You handle sign-ups and ticket sales and we’ll provide the space.

Use of the playground and studio area
Tables, chairs, restroom access, and cleanup supplies
Optional add-on: feature on Kindred’s social media or events calendar
Perfect for: yoga, art, homeschool groups, toddler enrichment, parenting classes, and more
Typical rate: $50–$100/hour depending on class length and group size
Option 2 — Co-Branded Collaboration
Partner with Kindred to host a class or event under our brand.
We handle ticketing and promotion — you teach and inspire.
Includes:
Marketing through our website, newsletter, and social media
Event listed on the Kindred calendar
Revenue share model (typically 70% instructor / 30% Kindred)
Perfect for: special seasonal events, guest teachers, or ongoing series.
